This Department also develops Long Term Plan (LTP) and Annual Business PLAN (ABP), reviews corporate plans for the current mine exploration and new mine business proposals.

Exploration - Manage technical workflow to bring advanced exploration projects to the final feasibility study stage and preparation for the mine development stage
