Strategic Planning - Lead and coordinate research and studies to discover mineral resource deposits and evaluate exploration opportunities and values. This Department also develops Long Term Plan (LTP) and Annual Business PLAN (ABP), reviews corporate plans for the current mine exploration and new mine business proposals.
Exploration - Manage technical workflow to bring advanced exploration projects to the final feasibility study stage and preparation for the mine development stage
