Safety, Health, and Environment Careers

The Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Department is responsible for improving safety, health, loss prevention (SHLP), and environmental performance in or beyond regulatory compliance set by the Government of Indonesia. The SHLP team within SHE Department maintains a safe working environment by recognizing and controlling safety and health hazards; thus, minimizing potential future liabilities. Meanwhile, the Environmental Team ensures the implementation of an environmental management plan concurrent with the mining operations, such as the reclamation and watershed rehabilitation program. It is also responsible for all environmental studies, reports, and permitting.
