The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Department is responsible for managing procurement and all logistics activities, including coordination and collaboration with channel partners, such as suppliers, intermediaries, and third-party service providers. This Department supports user departments for contract bidding, commercial terms negotiation, and vendor registration; thus, ensuring that all processes are conducted ethically and efficiently. The SCM Department consists of several sections: Procurement Contract Operations, Capital Procurement and Services, Warehouse and Inventory, Port Logistic, Invoice and Reporting, Business Analyst Warehouse, and Inventory.
