Title:  Sr. Supv. - Mechanical Fsf/Fcf Off Gas Handling System/Dust Handling

Production/Technical/Projects Part 1

• Maintain the reliability, safety, and efficiency of the mechanical systems of the FSF, FCF, Off Gas Handling System, FSF WHRB, FCF WHRB, SAP WHRB, and Dust Handling systems, including associated infrastructure and equipment at the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex in Sumbawa Island, Indonesia, in order to maximize uptime of the plant and machinery.
• Monitor the deployment and productivity of the outsourced maintenance team under jurisdiction for mechanical maintenance in compliance with all statutory, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop maintenance strategies and schedules for mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operational performance.
• Plan, supervise, and execute preventive maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) schedules, as well as monthly and annual shutdown plans for all mechanical equipment of the FSF, FCF Off Gas Handling System, and Dust Handling systems including associated infrastructure and equipment, in coordination with the Smelter operations team through external vendors to maximize machine contribution, plant availability, and uptime.
