Title:  Supt. - Mechanical Af/Ac/Whr System/Sap

Production/Technical/Projects Part 1

• Oversee the mechanical maintenance of the Anode Furnace, Air Conditioning Units, Waste Heat Recovery system, and Sulphuric Acid Plant, including associated infrastructure and equipment of the Smelter and Sulphuric Acid Plant at the AMMAN Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island, Indonesia, in order to maximize plant and machinery uptime.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards related to mechanical maintenance activities.
• Lead the mechanical maintenance team to embed a culture of quality, safety, and sustainability by monitoring team performance and upgrading skills through continuous development.
• Oversee the preparation of preventive maintenance schedules, condition-based maintenance (CBM) programs, and monthly as well as annual shutdown plans for all mechanical equipment related to the Anode Furnace, Air Conditioning Units, Waste Heat Recovery system, and Sulphuric Acid Plant, in coordination with the respective operations teams.
